A: The Username and/or Password provided did not match our records. To reset your password, go to
account.ou.edu or call 325-HELP.
Q: Why am I getting "Error: User confirmed at OU, but no Employee ID was found."?
A: We were able to verify the Username and Password, but no Employee ID was found for this user. Contact our helpdesk at 325-HELP for assistance.
Q: Why am I getting "Error: Unauthorized."?
A: Only certain employees are granted access to the purchasing portal. Contact your department's Purchasing Manager for assistance.
